In 2000 Jason Taylor started in all 16 games at right defensive end. He registered a career high 68 total tackles (46 solo), including a career best 14.5 sacks for 92 yards lost. He also recorded a sack in six straight games tying the Dolphins team record for most consecutive games with a sack. Taylor wore this jersey game on January 13, 2002 in a game against the Baltimore Ravens. In the neck of the jersey is a white label reading "01-46" denoting the year and size, respectively. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and below this is the name "Dolphins" in teal embroidered stitch. On the left front tail is the "Reebok" label and adjacent is the size tag, "46." Next tot his is the "6" LB" label denoting six extra inches in body length. On the back of the jersey is a white mesh nameplate with the name "J. Taylor" in teal on orange tackle twill. The player number "99" appears on the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey. The numbers are made of teal on orange/black tackle twill. There are grass stains over most of the jersey. The numbers have scuff marks on them and there is fraying on the letters. There is a repair mark on the left front, next to the number. The jersey comes with a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA as part of the NFL Authentics program. It shows good game-use and with the exception of the repair mark, appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
