This 1955 oil and gas lease was an agreement on a twenty year partnership between the Hilo Oil Company and a team of four investors including Hollywood giants John Wayne and Fred MacMurray. The lease is subject to land situated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, which would be their stomping grounds for years to come. The EX-NM conditioned lease has been signed by all four investors and the Hilo Oil Company attorney. Signatures include Wayne, MacMurray, Frank Borzage and Bo "Chi" Roos, Sr. Wayne and MacMurray's signatures are very clean and rate high 9s. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
