Many more people than could have possibly been there claim to have attended Don Larsen's perfect game in the 1956 World Series, but Elston Howard was actually present during that game. This 10" plate commemorates Larsen's perfect game and belonged to Howard personally. The white plate has red painted stitching to look like a baseball and features Larsen pitching with Yankee Stadium in the background and the box score from the game below it. The plate is in excellent to near mint condition and is essentially flawless on the front. It comes with a letter of authenticity from Howard's wife Arlene.
