This beautiful 15" x 19" original presentation artwork by Becerra was created to mark the honoring of Elston Howard by the Yonkers Sports Safari. The artwork features a large headshot portrait of Howard as well as images of him throwing, catching, and pursuing a pop-up with Becerra signature coming in the bottom right of the sketches. Written on the artwork is "Yonkers Sports Safari Honors Elston Howard of the New York Yankees / 'One of Baseball's All-Time Great Catchers!' / Grossinger, N.Y. / January 16, 1967." This piece belonged to Elston Howard and grades near mint to mint with no apparent flaws. It comes with a letter of authenticity from Howard's wife Arlene.
