This 18" x 12" award was presented to Yankees great Elston Howard on Old Timers' Day in 1979. The 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" silver square clock is on a wood base and says "New York Yankees." To its right is a 5 1/2" x 8 1/4" silver and black plaque with the "NY" Yankees logo and the engraving "New York Yankees Annual Old Timers Day July 21, 1979 Elston Howard." The clock is excellent-plus to near mint and comes with a letter of authenticity from Howard's wife Arlene.
