The 1946 Brooklyn Dodgers ended the regular season tied with the St. Louis Cardinals, resulting in one of the first league playoff series in baseball history. This lightly toned ONL Frick baseball has been signed by 25 members of the team as well as then-league president Ford Frick. Leo Durocher (clubhouse) has signed the sweetspot and is flanked by Joe Medwick, Pee Wee Reese, Gil Hodges, Dixie Walker, Pete Reiser, Hugh Carey, Rex Barney, Augie Galan, Ralph Branca. Dick Whitman, Cookie Lavagetto, Joe Tepsic, Kirby Higbe, Hal Gregg, Don Comerford, Harry Taylor, Ed Stevens, Paul Minner, John Griffith, Hank Behrman, Rube Melton, Bruce Edwards, Howie Schultz, and Ed Head. The ink signatures contrast nicely with the lightly toned leather, rating 7 to 9. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA.
