This well-soiled orb was used in Ripken's record-setting 2131st consecutive game. Gene Budig was the commissioner and Ripken has signed in ink rating an 8. Accompanied by documentation from former Major League umpire Dave Phillips (career was from 1971-2002). The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
