Many fans consider Ken Griffey Jr. to have been the best baseball player of the 1990s. He is the type of player that people will be talking about for the rest of their lives, a five tool player who combined all his talents to become one of Major League Baseball's brightest stars. This Seattle Mariners home knit vest-style jersey is from the 1997 season. On the left front tail is the "Russell Athletic" label with the size "46" and below is the year tag "1997." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Mariners" in blue tackle twill on a teal green/silver backing and on the back is a white nameplate with the name "Griffey" in blue on teal green tackle twill. The player number "24" appears on the back of the jersey in blue on teal green tackle twill. There is a blue Sharpie autograph on the right front of the jersey which rates a 9. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
