Brought up to replace the aging Edgardo Alfonzo, Ty Wigginton has some big shoes to fill. So far he has shown that he can do what the scouts predicted and hopefully he can lead a resurgence in the Mets lineup. This helmet was used by Ty during his 2003 rookie season. On the front is the Mets raised "NY" decal logo and on the back is the MLB logo. "Wigg" labels have been affixed in two places by the team. On the inside is the "American Baseball Cap" sticker with the size "7 1/4." Also present are the "Diamond Collection" and "Warning" labels. The helmet shows nice use.
