Following the Pittsburgh Pirates World Series victory in 1971, all team members and many of those close to the organization were presented with this ring. On the top is a round CZ stone set on a black background. Around the edges are the words "World Champions Pittsburgh 1971." On the right shank are the team name "Pirates" and the team logo. On the left is the last name of the recipient, "Kring," above a rendering of the stadium. Stamped "Jostens 14K" on the inside. The ring has been very well worn over the years. resulting in it currently listing in very good condition; it still presents beautifully and is a nice symbol of one of the era's most dominant teams.
