Jerry Remy was an All-Star second baseman with the California Angels and Boston Red Sox. Offered here is the 1982 All-Star Game ring that was presented to him. On the top is a CZ stone set within a maple leaf on a ruby red background. "Partie D'Etoiles" is written in raised lettering around the edges. On the left shank is the player name "Remy" and below is a colorized MLB logo. On the opposite shank is the year "1982" above the Montreal All-Star Game insignia. The ring is stamped on the inside "Balfour Celestrium" and is size 8. It is unknown why Remy received the ring as he did not participate in All-Star festivities that year as far as we know; however, it remains a fine example of this beautiful tribute to the annual gathering of baseball's finest.
