Dick Williams was named the Associated Press 1979 NL Manager of the Year after leading the '79 Expos to a superb 95-65 record, falling just two games short of the eventual World Series champion Pittsburgh Pirates. Offered here is the plaque that the AP gave Williams for his fine efforts. The metallic plaque features a 4" x 5" image of Williams situated at the top center and is mounted on an 11" x 13" cherry wood panel. The award is in overall NM condition with a few light scuffs.
