Sports Illustrated, the premier sports magazine in America, was first published in 1954. This vintage copy features golf pro Tommy Armour on the full-color cover, reading "TOMMY ARMOUR, His personal lessons on HOW TO PLAY A GOLF COURSE, The first of four parts." The cover is signed by Armour in light blue ink, his signature rating a strong 8. The magazine is dated "March 30, 1959" and is in excellent condition with only a patch of glue residue left where the address label had been removed. Also included in this lot is a black-and-white magazine page picturing Tony Lima, mid-swing. Lima has signed the page in blue ballpoint pen, his signature rating a 9. The page is in excellent condition with some small tears on the top edge and lower right corner. Both signatures come with a letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA
