The 1972 Miami Dolphins' perfect season was capped off in Super Bowl VI, in which the Dolphins defeated the Washington Redskins 14-7. This autographed ball contains Miami Dolphins legends such as Bob Griese and head coach Don Shula. The '72 Dolphins sent ten players to the Pro Bowl that season including Mercury Morris, Norm Evans and Larry Csonka, who was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame. These Pro Bowlers' autographs can be found on the ball. Other notables are Jesse Powell, Otto Stowe, Howard Twilley, Larry Ball, Marlin Briscoe and Al Jenkins. The blue ink signatures grade around an 8. The autographs come with a letter from PSA/DNA. The ball comes with an additional letter from noted Dolphins collector Pat Catello.
