Jim Kelly retired at the end of the 1996 season as the Buffalo Bills' all time leader in completions, touchdown passes, and passing yardage. He is the only quarterback in NFL history to lead his team to four consecutive Super Bowls. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch. On the left front tail of this blue mesh jersey is the "Champion" exclusive label with the year "1996" and next to this is the "Champion" label with size "42." On the back of the jersey is a blue nameplate with the name "Kelly" in white letters. The player number "12" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey in white on red numbers. The letters and numbers have been ironed-on. There is an autograph on the back number "2" which rates an eight. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA. It shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
