Frank Wycheck is one of the most prolific tight ends in franchise history and one of the most productive in NFL history. With 465 receptions in an Oilers/Titans uniform, he ranks first in franchise history in receptions by a tight end and fourth on the team's all-time receptions list. In the neck of the jersey is a white label reading "01-50" denoting the year and size, respectively. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and below this is the name "Titans" in blue embroidered stitch. On the left front tail is the "Reebok" label and adjacent is the size tag, "50." Next to this is the "6"LB" label denoting six extra inches in body length. On the back of the jersey is a white mesh nameplate with the name "Wycheck" in blue tackle twill. The player number "89" appears on the front, back, and on each shoulder of the jersey. The numbers on the front and back are made of navy on light blue tackle twill and the numbers on the shoulders are made of navy on white tackle twill. The jersey shows good game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
