In 2001, John Abraham produced 13 sacks (team high), six forced fumbles (team high), three fumble recoveries (team high) and 82 tackles. He was voted as starting left defensive end for the AFC squad at the Pro Bowl following that 2001 campaign. In the neck of the jersey is a white label reading "01-46" denoting the year and size, respectively. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" patch and on the upper left front is the "NY Jets" patch in white Swiss embroidered stitch. On the left front tail is the "Reebok" label and adjacent is the size tag, "46." Next to this is the "8"LB" label denoting eight inches longer body length. On the back of the jersey is a white nameplate with the name "Abraham" in green tackle twill. The player number "94" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the shirt. The numbers on the front and back are made of green tackle twill and the numbers on the sleeves are made of white tackle twill. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
