Before the NBA was the only mainstream professional basketball league, many basketball legends such as Dr. J, Artis Gilmore, George "Ice" Gervin, David Thompson and Moses Malone played in the ABA. This ball is the classic official ABA ball with its red, white and blue colors. The ball is autographed by ABA commissioner Dave DeBusschere, whose facsimile signature is also printed on the ball, and the red signature grades an 8. There are also red autographs from Marilyn and Jim Keeler, both grading 9. There are two illegible autographs on the ball as well. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
