If Tommy Heinsohn were an artist, it could be said that the basketball court was his canvas. It was evident from the time his professional career began that he was a winner as he took home Rookie of the Year honors in 1957. Over the next ten years, he went on to help the Boston Celtics to eight World Championships, scoring better than 12,000 points and pulling down 5,700 rebounds. The six-time All-Star was enshrined in the Basketball Hall of Fame in 1986. This shooting shirt is done in classic Celtic green durene material with the city name "Boston" across the front. On the back is the player number "15" done in the same white tackle twill as the lettering. In the collar is the "Horace Patridge" manufacturer's label with the size "44." The shooting shirt shows very good wear.
