Bill Walton's professional career began when he was the No. 1 overall pick in the 1974 NBA Draft by the Portland Trailblazers. He was a member of their championship team in 1977 and nine years later he earned another championship title with the Boston Celtics. The jersey offered here is from that 1986 Celtics championship season. On the left front tail of this home knit jersey is the "Sand-Knit" exclusive label and below this is another "Sand Knit" label with a label on it reading "2" LB" and "46." The numbers denote two inches longer body length and the size, respectively. Across the front of the shirt is the team name "Celtics" and on the back is the player name "Walton." The player number "5" appears on both the front and back of the jersey. The letters and numbers are made of green tackle twill. On the back of the jersey is an autograph and inscription reading "Bill Walton World Champs ‘86." The autograph rates a strong 8. It comes with a letter from PSA/DNA. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It comes with an additional letter.
