A scoring machine who can create his own shots and hit them from anywhere on the floor, Paul Pierce is a clutch player under pressure. This Pierce Boston Celtics home white mesh jersey is from his 1998-99 rookie season. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Nike" manufacturer's tag with the size "50." The "Nike-Fit" patch is above the manufacturer's tag and the "Length +3 Made in the U.S.A." tag is below it. To the left of the manufacturer's tag is the "NBA Authentics" tag and to the right is the Celtics logo tag. Inside the left tail are the wash tag and the year tag "1998-99." The team name "Celtics" appears on the front of the jersey and the player name "Pierce" appears on the back, with the player number "34" sewn onto both the front and back of the jersey. These letters and numbers are made of green tackle twill. On the left shoulder is the black "DLA" armband to commemorate the death of Red Auerbach's wife, and below it is the embroidered NBA logo. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
