On the front of the 1989 Fat Lever Denver Nuggets game-used road jersey is the "Sand-Knit" label with size "42" and adjacent "Nuggets Exclusive" label. There is also an "89" year patch. The team name "NUGGETS" is on the front and the player number "12" is on the front and back, all letters and numbers are done in blue, white and yellow tackle twill. Also on the back on a blue mesh nameplate is the name "LEVER" done in yellow tackle twill. The 1974-75 Donald Smith Philadelphia 76ers game-used road jersey has the "PEARSON" label on the left front tail with attached wash tag. Adjacent is a blue knit table reading "40-74". The team name "SIXERS" is on the front and the name "SMITH" is on the back both done in white letters. The number "10" is on the front and back done in white on red tackle twill. The mid 1970's Michael D'Antoni KC Kings game-used road jersey is rare in the fact that the player name is positioned below the jersey number on the back. The team name "KINGS" is on the front, the number "5" is on the front and back, and the name "D'ANTONI" is on the back, all done in white and red tackle twill. Inside the tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" label with size "42" with adjacent wash label. All jerseys show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
