Mats Sundin was a first round draft pick for the Quebec Nordiques, and he has lived up to his potential. He is already a six-time All-Star, and has led Toronto in scoring eight consecutive seasons. Inside the back left tail of the jersey is a tag reading "1999 200 GAME WORN TORONTO MAPLE LEAVES Playoff Set." On the front of the jersey is the "TORONTO MAPLE LEAVES" team logo patch. On the right breast is another Maple Leaves logo patch. Below that is a patch reading "2 NHL." On the left breast is "C" done in blue tackle twill indicating his captainship. Inside the back of the neck is the "CCM" logo patch. Next to that is a tag reading "58" indicating jersey size. On both sleeves, and on the back is the player number "13" done in blue on white tackle twill. Above the numbers on both sleeves is the "Maple Leaf" logo patch. Across the back of the jersey is "SUNDIN" done in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. On the back right tail of the jersey is the "CCM" logo patch. Adjacent to that is the official "NHL" logo patch. The jersey shows game-use, appears to have no alterations of any kind, and comes with a team letter.
