A four-time Pro-Bowler, Herman Moore is the fastest player in NFL history to reach the 600-reception plateau. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions, and "46" indicating the jersey size. Adjacent to that is a year tag reading "95." On the front, back, and both sleeves of the jersey is the player number "84" done in blue on grey tackle twill. To the left of the number on both sleeves is a "Reebok" logo patch. The neck of the jersey is customized to Moore's liking. On the front collar is the official "NFL" team logo patch. Across the back of the jersey is "MOORE" done in blue tackle twill on a white nameplate. The jersey shows game-use, and except for the customized neck appears to have no alterations of any kind.
