Paul Hornung played for the Green Bay Packers from 1957-62 and again from 1964-66. As quarterback at Notre Dame, he was voted All American and winner of the 1956 Heisman Trophy. Nicknamed "The Golden Boy," he was NFL MVP in 1960 & 1961 and scored 760 total points in nine pro seasons. He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1986. This is his "Sport Magazine Award" plaque, given as the "Top Performer in Professional Football" in 1961. Measures 15" x 10" and is NR-Mint. The plaque comes with a letter from Hornung.
