This award was given to Jim at the homecoming game on October 22, 1994. The plaque has a black and white picture printed on to a metal plate. Next to the picture is the Ohio State logo, and below that the description. The first part of the plaque reads, "Jim Parker, Two Time All American, Ohio State's First Outland Trophy Winner, Selected to the All Time College All-American Team, College Hall of Fame, Pro Football Hall of Fame." The plaque is in a 16-1/4" x 19-1/4" silver frame. The plaque is in NR-MT to MT condition.
