On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag, attached is a flag tag reading "50" indicating jersey size. Across the front of the jersey is the "Cardinals" team logo. Below that and on the back is the player number "19" done in red on black tackle twill. On the back of the neck is the official "MLB" logo patch. Below that is "WILLIAMS" done in red on black tackle twill on a grey nameplate. On the left sleeve is the "Majestic" manufacturer's logo. The jersey is autographed above the "19" on the back in black marker rating an 8. The jersey shows game-use, appears to have no alterations of any kind, and the autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
