Willie Stargell led Pittsburgh to two World Championships. His warm, affable personality along with his ability to hit tape shots made him a true fan favorite. On the front left tail of the jersey is "86" in blue stitching indicating the year. Inside the neck of the jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions, and a jersey size "48" in it. Across the front of the jersey is "Atlanta" done in blue on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "8" done in blue on white tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "STARGELL" done in blue tackle twill on a baby blue nameplate. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
