Tim Hudson had a career year in 2002, and has only been improving since 2001. He had an ERA below 3.0 and went 15-9 for the A's. Inside the front left tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading "44" indicating jersey size, and a flag tag reading "SET 2 2001" indicating set, and year. Across the front of the jersey is "Athletics." Below that, and on the back is the player number "15," it is autographed on the "1," and dated on the "5," all done in black marker. The autograph rates a 9. On the back of the neck is an "American Flag" patch. Below that is "HUDSON" on a green nameplate. On the left sleeve is the "Athletics" team logo patch. Below that is the "Rawlings" logo. All lettering and numbering is done in yellow on white tackle twill. The jersey shows game-use, appears to have no alterations of any kind, and the autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
