On the front left tail of this 2004 jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag, attached is a size tag reading "50." Across the front of the jersey is "Orioles." Below that and on the back is the player number "25." On the back of the neck is the official "MLB" logo patch. Below that is "PALMEIRO." All lettering and numbering is done in orange on black tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the "50 1954 2004" Orioles patch. Below that is the Majestic logo patch. The jersey is autographed on the right abdomen in black marker reading "Rafael Palmeiro GAME USED 2004." The signature rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use, and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
