As his nickname "Juan Gone" suggests, Gonzalez can swing it with the best of them. On the left front tail of this rookie jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions, and jersey size "44" on it. Attached is a flag tag reading "SET 2 1989" indicating set, and year. Below that is a tag with the player number "13" stitched on in blue. Across the front is "TEXAS." Across the back of the jersey is "GONZALEZ." Below that is the player number "13." All lettering and numbering is done in blue on white tackle twill. On the right sleeve is "Rawlings" stitched on in blue embroidery. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
