Lot of two large format personal checks from 1973 and 1974, both made out and signed "Charles D. Stengel" in blue and black ink by HOF manager Casey Stengel (died 1975). The 1973 check shows four vertical creases and the 1974 check shows one vertical crease from being folded, both of which have flattened out nicely. Signatures are bold and grade an overall 9. Accompanied by a LOA from James Spence Authentication and an additional LOA.
