A tragic figure in Boston Celtics history, Reggie Lewis prematurely passed away in 1993 while in the prime of his career. On the left front tail is the "Champion" exclusive label with the year "1992-93" and "Body Length +3". Next to this is the "Champion" label with the size "46". Across the front of the jersey is the name "Celtics" and on the back is the name "Lewis". The player number "35" appears on both the front and back of the shirt. All the letters and numbers are made of green tackle twill. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch and on the left shoulder is a black patch commemorating the death of announcer Johnny Most. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
