On the bottom, it says, "To Coach Dale Brown, With best wishes," then George Bush's signature. George Bush used a black Sharpie to sign this picture, and it rates a 9. The picture is adhered to the board, but needs to be recut, and is ready to be reframed. The photograph is 8" x 10" and comes with a letter from PSA/DNA.
