On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Sand-Knit" Green Bay Packers exclusive tag. Below that is an additional "Sand-Knit" manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "48" on it. On the front, back and on each shoulder is the player number "7" in green screen print. Across the back is the player name "MAJKOWSKI" in green tackle twill on a white name plate. The name plate has been replaced. The jersey shows light game-use and besides the name plate change appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
