On the left front tail is the "Adidas" manufacturers tag. Attached are four additional flag tags "52," "+2 LENGTH," "2005-2006" and “Playdry”. Across the front is "Cleveland" in white on gold tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "11" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "ILGAUSKAS" in the same tackle twill. Above the name on back is the embroidered “CAVALIERS” team logo patch. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the front neck is the embroidered “CAVALIERS” logo patch. There is an autograph on the front in gold marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
