On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are four additional manufacturers’ tags with the jersey size "50", "4” L.B.," "2004-2005" and “PlayDry” on them. Across the front is "NEW YORK" in orange on blue tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "40" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "THOMAS" in blue tackle twill. Above the player name is the “NYK” logo patch. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
