Baseball is in NRMNT-MNT condition with 29 signatures done in pen, and in our opinion rates an 8 overall. Signatures include: Pete Rose (Clubhouse, twice), Lee May (Clubhouse, twice), Johnny Bench, Tony Perez (Clubhouse), Dave Concepcion, Wayne Simpson, Clay Carroll, Woody Woodward, Ray Washburn, Jim Merritt, Milt Wilcox, Jim McGlothlin and others. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an Anderson family LOA.
