Gaylord Perry was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1991. In the rear below the collar is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. On the front left tail is a strip tag with the year “83” embroidered in blue on it. Across the chest reads “Royals”. Below and on the back is the player number “36”. Across the back is the player name “PERRY”. All numbering and lettering is done in the same blue tackle twill sewn directly into the jersey. Perry signed the inside front left button path in blue marker and in our opinion the signature rates a 4. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
