There are four players in NBA history that have compiled 20,000 points, 10,000 rebounds and 4,000 assists: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain, Karl Malone and Charles Barkley. However, when the conversation turns to the exploits of Barkley, many people think first of the entertaining, sometimes outrageous commentary on basketball and life he provided. As a player he was the greatest anomaly in hoops history. Listed at 6-6, but probably actually closer to 6-4, he played power forward as well as anyone, often dominating players half a foot taller. On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturer's tag with wash instructions and jersey size "50" on it. Adjacent are two additional embroidered strip tags which read “90”and “2” L.B.” Across the front is "SIXERS" in white on blue tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BARKLEY" in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. There is an autograph on the front done in black marker which rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. An additional LOA will be provided.
